We have bought with another couple. We are in Broxbourne.
The Dads have just returned, eventually settling on a 4/3 in Glenbrook. I mile North on H27 from the 192.
Where is Windsor Hills?

The market is crazy at the moment, and although we originally wanted a re-sale...there was so few to look at that were appropriate. All the new communities are running out also, and we got the last current one from Glenbrook. The next lots come out in a fortnight and will be $15,000 more at least.

The madness also means long wait until closing. 10-12 months on ours.
Any idea when u close, or do u have it already?
