Have no clue if I'm doing this chat thing correctly. Tried to post something a few minutes ago and can't locate it now. Looking to book a villa for myself, my mom and 3 children end of March. Found one on this website. Looked great and only $85.00/nite under late avail. The villas and prices just seem too good to be true. Any input on renting a villa? Are they as nice as they seem, any hidden fees, how deep are the pools? Silly questions I'm sure, but being new at this, would appreciate some help. Thanks!

    Hi Denise
You posted in the chat room.
Yes the pool homes are as lovely as they look- do not hesitate to book one. The pools are fairly deep but some are quite small so I suggest you book a home on a community with a large pool as well. The price of $85 is VERY cheap so do check it out carefully.

Thank you for your response. I thought the rate was pretty inexpensive myself. Is it safe to trust info. from this website?

Yes it is safe because all the villas have to be verified to get on the site. Price could be so inexpensive due to the owner trying to fill a slot so offering a good deal. Don't be afraid to ask the villa owner any questions you might have about the villa, generally we are a helpful bunch![msnsmile2]

Denise, all the villas listed on this site are vetted by the site owners so you will be perfectly safe booking through this site.

Don't be worried by the price, $85 a night is not an unduly low price for late availability in March, prices hike steeply up from 1st of April due to holidays etc.

Thanks everybody for your replies. I'm feeling much better already. Have an e-mail in to the owner, hopefully everything will turn out well.
