I am new to this forum although a regular on the Florida Rental Home Owners Forum and it appears that unless I am doing something sadly wrong i cannot access all parts of the forum. Is there a reason or am I just a technophobe?

To access the villa owner bits you need to be registered with your villa on this site. Then you need to contact John or Roger at info@orlandovillas.com and they will make sure you can get on everywhere.

Once you're registered on the site you have no problems with access - well occasionally you have to log on again, but you should be ok.
