We have booked our car through US Car Hire but I have a feeling we may need a SAT NAV. Is it possible to add this to our order or would it need to be ordered separately? And if so, where from ?

It's often cheaper to buy a GPS before you go and take it with you. Or, you could upgrade your hire package to one that includes GPS (you can get a quote online for this at www.uscarhire.com).
