Can I just ask - do the Dollar/Thrifty rates quoted include all taxes and insurances? In particular is the CDW full coverage with zero excess?

Yes, exactly the same as our Alamo / National coverage.

Thanks Roger. It’s just I’ve run a quote for my daughter and SIL and it just seems exceptionally cheap! I didn’t want them turning up to pick it up and then find out they had to pay as much again in insurance - was caught out like that many years ago on a package holiday and it’s a lesson I won’t forget!!

I’ll tell them to get on with the booking

For USA rentals, the only type of booking that does not include the insurances etc is if booking as a domestic customer (i.e. the driver(s) are from USA or Canada).
