when you go on Realtor.com put in a zip code. For example if you want to look in Kissimmee the put in 34747. There are other ones for Kissimmee as well but I used this one to search for villas near Disney and it was excellent. When you get to the search section just put in single family home and not too many other options apart from price. This will give you a good range a nd feel for what is out there in the resale market.

For new look at a site like [website edited out] which has links to all the new developments.
