Well... you've got the Reedy Creek Nature Reserve (open to the public at weekends) just down the road and also the Disney Wilderness Preserve at Poinciana (also just down the road).

I don't know if you're interested in particular species of birds or just birds in general, but you're like to come across all manner of them locally or even in your own backyard at Indian Point.

Also if you do an airboat ride (Poinciana or Boggy Creek) you get to see some magnificent specimens at really close quarters.
