    Magic Kingdom transportation and breakfast

We are just starting to book stuff for our trip in August. We usually have a character breakfast at Animal Kingdom and a meal in Cinderella's Castle. As there will only be one daughter coming with us this time (instead of three daughters) we thought we would make some changes. Someone suggested having breakfast at the Polynesian as that is a different monorail back so is not as crowded as the one going back to the carpark. Looking at the map of the monorails I'm not sure this is right. Can someone please advise? Or any other suggestions?

There are 2 monorails, the one that goes direct from the car park to Magic Kingdom and back to the car park.
The other goes between all the hotels and Magic Kingdom. They go in the opposite direction to each other.

The park monorail goes in an anti clockwise circle so passes through the Contemporary Resort on the way in to MK but returns to car park via Grand Floridian and Polynesian Resort.
