Travel City have been the topic of conversation several times and I am sure that someone will have a thread that will give you a link to what has been said in the past.
Having never flown them myself, I can only pass on what I have learned from friends and from comments via this forum.
In short, the reviews have been mixed, although more have been on the negative side.
It seems that if you get a "refurbished" plane then the whole experiance is much better. In the past Travel City have operated "older" planes and passengers have had problems with seats and inflight entertainment etc.
That said most comments have been along the lines of that at least they were cheap - I guess you get what you pay for.
No doubt others in the forum will be able to add to this in due course.

We went with them in the past. Not bad service. As you say you get what you pay for.

We went with them in August 03 because it was so cheap we upgraded to first, it was not of BA or any other first class service but you get what you pay for!
