    Rental communities near Universal Studios

Most of the communities are around the 27 or 192 areas. Are there any further north, up round the Universal/Millennia areas? I can't find any, but perhaps someone here may be able to give me some ideas.

I think in the past that these counties did not allow 'short term' rentals. However I am out of date with all the current laws but some others members may be able to help.

I'm with Dave on this one, I don't think the area is zoned for short term rentals.

    No STR in that area.

The only condos/town houses up that way that I know of are Westgate Lakes which were always advertised on tv travel channels.

Don't think there are any villas with short term rental licences though.
