Slow puncture

Our car has developed a slow puncture and we have tried calling Alamo but been on hold for 15 minuets. Roger what is the best thing to do please

This is not an OFFICIAL answer but :-

As I see it punctures and tyre damage are not included under the normal hire agreement only the add on insurance. Even if you have this you have to pay and then claim it back.

If it was me I would pump the tyre up and take the car back saying that you would like to change it for another one. You can do it at the Disney car care centre so not far to go.

Thanks Dave, we did take out the extra insurance and hubby has finally managed to get through to them and they are seeing if they have a full sized SUV for us to change it over with at the Kissimmee 192 location

Last time we got a flat (admittedly with dollar) we contacted them, and they said bring it back to one of their offices (we agreed on which one) and then exchanged the car. Got a full tank of fuel with it

Alamo were great in the end when we finally got through to them, arranged fly my husband to swap the car over and now got a car which he is much happier with
