This is not an OFFICIAL answer but :-
As I see it punctures and tyre damage are not included under the normal hire agreement only the add on insurance. Even if you have this you have to pay and then claim it back.
If it was me I would pump the tyre up and take the car back saying that you would like to change it for another one. You can do it at the Disney car care centre so not far to go.

Last time we got a flat (admittedly with dollar) we contacted them, and they said bring it back to one of their offices (we agreed on which one) and then exchanged the car. Got a full tank of fuel with it![]()
