Which order number to use

Hi, when I contact uscarhire about being overcharged, the form asks for the order number, is this the Alamo reservation number, the Ext Ref number, or the RA number?

It's the order number from us. It normally starts with a 6 and is quoted on all emails from us, including in the order confirmation email when you originally placed the order.
