Firstly, when I go to activate my account and I click on the link in my email, I get a message on the webpage saying this account does not exist? hmm
Next, the £25 deposit advertised is not available for us to select. We want to travel in July so I don't see why this should be an issue but we are defaulted to paying around £121.
Lastly, when we go to pay we get a message along the lines of 'insufficient rate days' or something similar.
Anyone know whats up with the process today?

I'm not sure why you are getting these problems but the person who looks after the car hire part of the site is based in the U.S. so will be online in a few hours. I will email him about this post so he can have a look.

Just to let you know we did get your messages last night and are investigating. I'm sorry you experienced some difficulties and someone will be in contact with you shortly.
The payment issues have now been resolved by our supplier and all is ok to go ahead with that.
With the account issue, I've been liasing with our car hire team and your account is now verified and you can log in and view orders / saved quotes at any time you like.
