We picked up our car from Dollar on Sunday going straight to the express booth in the car park as usual. We were told that their system had changed and all dollar express holders should have been issued with new numbers. Also that the new system did not allow any external agent to add a dollar express number to a booking and their new system did not allow the agent at that desk to add our details as previously (although she managed it this time!). Therefore anybody not booking through dollar.com would have to go to the main desk in the terminal building to arrange collection of car. Have you heard this before?
