    Car seat/ Taxi

I have a friend going to Orlando in October with a 5 year old. They are staying in a hotel as they don't want to have a hire car. They will need to use taxis to/from the airport and to some parks. Do the Taxis carry child seats or will they need to take an inflatable booster seat with them ? My grandchildren of that age take full car seats with them on the flight but they then have a hire car so the seats stay in the car all holiday, but my friend would need to carry the seat around the park all day - hence the inflatable booster seat.
I have never used a U S taxi with a young child so I don't know the law about such things in the U S and any advise would be welcome.

Not sure on the law but my granddaughter took the trunki back pack which converts to a car seat. It was great, she carried all her hand luggage for the flight in it and then left it in the car once she arrived.
it wouldn't be difficult to carry around a park as it is essentially a back pack.
