The last 2 time we have used this facility it has worked fine for us. However when you are entering the info on the machine one question asks for a cell number or the name of the hotel we are staying at.

As we are staying in a villa can we use the land line number or villa address or does it have to be a cell number?

I am sure you can use the villa land line telephone number.

That would be good, my only worry is if it fails and sends me to the desk.

I just put the villa address, it accepts that.
