    Alamo

    Anyone having issues with Alamo pick up today? No cars in our class apparently & they're trying to fob us off with a Ford Explorer instead of an Escalade. Not amused!

    Do they not upgrade free if there are no cars left in the class pre-booked?

    Yes they do. The thing in this case is the Escalade is their top end SUV and there is nothing better they have and no higher SUV class to upgrade to.

    Never had an issue with Alamo great service and always top notch cars.

    Same here but I always wondered what they would do if you booked top of the range and they didn't have one when you got there. I don't see how they could resolve it to your satisfaction. It's a shame that the original poster has not been back on. It's not as if he's busy or anything

    He is probably enjoying his time in Florida without Forums etc and will possibly wait until his visit is over before he comes back on OV. I try not to read Forums etc. whilst away as we are always very busy enjoying ourselves!!! I am sure he will be back on soon.

    Me too.

    Had a brand new vehicle last November and picked up another this time when I picked the car up last Thursday.
