MCO is a Choice location for Dollar so you should be able to pick your car from those available, like you can with Alamo.

To answer my own question - with Dollar, yes, it is!
Nice, spacious, comfortable, ideal for our needs - 3 adults, 2.5yo twins and all the baggage that they bring!
Very pleased with FloridaCarHire again!
