    white custom card.

We are traveling to Florida soon and I was hoping someone could answer my question about the white custom card. There are 4 of us and as we have the same family name and live at the same address we normally fill out one card for all of us.

This time we are flying in together but my son and daughter are flying back a week earlier than the wife and myself. Can we still fill one card or will we need to fill out two separate ones?

I'm pretty sure each traveling group has to complete their own.

One per family and it is on admission in to the country so it won't matter when the others are leaving.

You only do them on entry a someone said so it doesnt matter about when anyone is coming home.

No. It is just a customs declaration form.

Perhaps I misunderstood the question, Carol. It's one per family, but only if travelling together. If they're travelling as two separate groups, entering the country a week apart, each group will have to complete a form, right?

That would be correct if they were entering a week apart but they are entering together and leaving a week apart []

I agree - if they are entering the country together, one form will suffice. The date of exit is irrelevant as the customs form is more interested in what is being brought into the US.

Mike's right to say that if they entered the country a week apart (or even on the same date but different flights) they would need a form for each travelling group.
