Travel insurance Question

Liz,

When did Nat West stop doing insurance?

We are insured with Nat West through our bank account and they cover our pre existing conditions and I only paid the premium for the pre existing conditions last October for 12 months.

I hope we are still covered.

we got a letter just before Christmas to say they would not be renewing it when the policy expired on 1st Feb. Our policy was a stand alone policy not one of the benefits included in my husbands account ( he has a very basic account )My sister and her husband have a Nat West policy which includes a black card and they get travel insurance included as one of their black card benefits. They have not heard anything about their policy so I am guessing it just applies to stand alone policies.

We have the same account as your sister so I guess we will wait and see what happens when the insurance expires in October.
