This is a long shot and some might think a bit cheeky as well[msnembarrased]
For the first time ever US Car Hire have not been able to meet our requirements, we were after a 7 seater minivan for a one way drop off between Utah and Arizona and the biggest vehicle we were offered was a full size car. To be fair, booking direct with any of the major car rental companies did not turn any up anything ( it's the one way drop off that causes the problem) and we finally managed to get something through BA executive club.
my question is about enhanced roadside assistance, I am guessing this is only available for cars booked off this site? I know we will be offered this as an extra when we collect the car but no doubt it will cost a fortune and secondly I would far rather give my custom to US Car Hire as my preferred car rental company.

Sadly we booked it yesterday and had to pay in full despite the trip not being until end of August but will go ahead and book the enhanced roadside assistance.
