    Heathrow to Iceland to Orlando

    Hi,
Just booked our flights to Orlando for Oct 04
We are flying out and back via Iceland on Icelandair.
    Heard good reports about them.[8D]
Price £353 plus tax which I thought was good.
On return from Orlando we had a free stop over so
we leave Orlando Tuesday 18:00hrs arrive Iceland 06:10hrs
on Wednesday. Then fly Iceland to Heathrow 16:30hrs on Thursday
Only got to find accomodation now in Iceland for one night.
Has anyone stayed in Iceland [?] and can recommend a Hotel or B&B
Take me to the BLUE LAGOON[msnwink]

    Hi Ian
sounds good to me. I was a bit late booking my Oct hol so and it's so busy I had to take what I could get( expensive) .We normally like to fly direct but you've got me thinking now,I might look into it for a future trip.
    have a nice one

I did Glasgow,Keflavik,Orlando in January. There was a 4 hour stop over in Iceland so they laid on a free trip to the Blue Lagoon. They know what they are doing because I now want to go back and see Iceland - a stop over would be a great way to do it. I picked up a few leaflets - it looks like a different world.

    hi Craig
not so sure about the Eurovision but I don't think the rugby was a fluke they deserved to win (even though Wales were unlucky against them)
and that's coming from an expert I've seen at least 4 games in my life
