I'm sure someone will be on yo reassure you soon. My only comment would be that this seems very early to be paying a balance for Jan 2015. Most owners on here ask for the balance 10 - 12 weeks before arrival 5 months seems an awful long way in advance.

Liz I think they booked in January for end of October this year, so its quite late for the full paymnet
