We had to be out of the unit by 9.30am, so it was up, breakfast and out. We decided to pop into the village and grab some fresh coffee and fuel up the car. Plugged in Lady G, she was pre programmed with the villa address so off we went. Whilst listening to the local radio station, storm warnings were been announced with severe rain. Taking this into account we decided to drive straight to Walmart - across the road from the villa- and then call into the pub at the corner of high grove for a late lunch. When we went into Walmart it had started with a light shower, when we came out it was thunder, lightening and torrential rain. We got trapped for about half and hour, it eased off enough for us to run to the car, load up the shopping and drive to the pub. We got soaked! Had a reasonable meal in the pub but the plus side is it's only a hop skip and jump to the villa. Check is is 4pm but we decided to try at 3.30pm to see if it was ready. And it was, and it's beautiful. The alterations George and Pam have made since our last visit are lovely, I still can't work the Smart TV, but can work the washer, dryer and hot tub. The rain had stopped, the wine was cold, the hot tub was calling, the kitchen is so well stocked I could feed a party of 20 no bother, bliss, thanks George and Pam for all your hard work, the villa is beautiful and the new bed so comfortable, I slept like a princess.
