Apologies if this answered elsewhere, had a search but didnt find any info.

We are looking to book Orlando for Easter 2015.

My question is - how can brokers quote an inclusive price ( flights / villa / car etc ) before the flights are released by the airlines?

Is it a guess on last years? , or do they take a gamble?

Generally they are taking a gamble and the price often moves upwards when prices are released.
