Hi Zxinh, welcome to the forums - you'll find lots of great info here.

Disney tickets bought from park-tickets are already activated, so you just need to go to the park and begin using them. If you have bought multi-day tickets, they are activated the first time you use them (not when you pick up the tickets).

You need an account online with My Disney Experience to use the Fastpass system in advance of your trip. Although, if you're not staying at a Disney hotel, you go to the park and choose which rides you want fastpasses for and what times you want to ride from a kiosk in the park.

Rides/attractions are in tiers and you can choose a limited number of rides in each tier.

This is a really broad overview, feel free to post back if you have specific questions.

Pick up a map when you enter the park and it will show you where the fast pass machines are, they bare not nat all rides only in specific places. You can only have 3 fast passes per day and only in one park ie if you have a fast pass in Magic Kingdom you cannot move on to another park and use your other 2.
