Hello and welcome to the forum
If you google hotels in Titusville or Cocoa Beach, you will have lots of choices - both about 30 mins from the Space Center.

I'd also look at the annual pass (last time is was only $10 more than the normal day pass)
you had to pay an additional $10 parking with the normal pass (annual pass holders had free parking!)
Lots of decent motels in Titusville. stayed at the Days Inn a couple of times in the past.
