    magic kingdom parade

DOes anyone know typically what night the MK has it's night parade the week before Thanksgiving week? What time does the night parade start? Do the fireworks follow the night parade? Is there a good/less crowded place to watch both? We are thinking of going to Chef Mickey's the night of the night parade. What time should we plan on eating? And any other tips would be so appreciated

Nearer the time of your holiday, I would check with Disneys Offical Website as they will post the times off the Parades etc.

When we were last there, the Nightime Parade started at around 8.00 pm with the fireworks starting at around 9.00pm. The Night time parade was only on a Saturday and was very busy.

These times may change becuase of the time of year, so it is worth checking with Disney.

They are well worth seeing, as for places to view, we tend to tray and stand down the bottom of Main Street near the entrance.

That way you get a good view of the Castle and can get a fast exit when the fireworks have finished.

If you can try and get up to the first floor level of the station for a better view - although this area is sometime shut off.

Either way get there an hour or so before the start as it can get very busy and a good viewing spot may be hard to find.

The official Disney website (and the 'unofficial' UK one) have all the Park opening times, parade schedule etc. At oreent it is available till the end of April 2004. I think one can only get this info some 3 months in advance at most.
