    It's mostly positive!
Just read it through, looks like the online booking of seats has never worked. Apart from this it seems to be positive

The seating issue is probably the thing that most passengers worry about and we've all had that uncomfortable feeling of uncertainty on the way to the airport. In most cases it tends to get sorted out and the problem isn't ever as bad as we imagine but I understand the concern. I'm sure you'll be OK.

I don't know much about Aer Lingus but I do know that you can have good and bad experiences on all the major carriers from one day to the next irrespective of how much you pay or what class you're flying. I don't for 1 minute expect that they're an exception to that rule so don't worry and take it as it comes.

Great flight with Aer Lingus, thanks to Pookie (Lynne and Bob) for their help with seats. Words cannot express my gratitude, putting themselves out to do this for us. Anyone thinking of booking flights, look at Aer Lingus, great flight. Food on plane was good too, now that is unusual.
