    August/Sept

    hi,

we have been twice to Orlando in September and loved it as it was never too busy. next year we may have to go the last week of August/1st week of September due to collage dates. Is the last week of August busy in the parks?

Most U.S schools have gone back after the summer break by the middle of August so the end of the month is better than the start. You even notice an extra drop at the start of September when a lot of the UK people head home.

Having just spent the last 2 weeks of August at the theme parks I can confirm that the last week is much quieter than the previous one. However the parks are also aware of this and many of their special summer activities end and the opening hours are reduced. However if you are used to going in September this should not affect you.

Yes its a great time to visit Orlando last week in August and first week in September, as for the park rides you can walk straight on them.
