we used them for our last trip in May from Orlando airport , we was delayed and found the mini bus waiting for us as we left the airport , good service , new car ,very happy ,
they did try to sell us extra accident cover , but we did decline, we returned the car full and made sure we had no extra charges , we always take a photo showing the tank full on the dash , great fast service back to the airport
after returning home we found they had charge us for the extra accident cover on our visa, after a telephone calls to the head office here in the UK we had all charges refunded back to our visa . This wouldn't put me off using them but I will check all documents next time before taking the car
