I would say yes that is the best place to start or you could just browse through the villas of the size you will need and select the ones your are most interested in.

We have found over the years a switch to mid week bookings. Most owners do book their properties during mid week periods. If you enquire the ones that reply obviously do.

In owning a villa for the past 13 years we have always accepted bookings any day of the week as we have to fit in with flight schedules from lots of countries. Never a problem.
