I think Pirates Cove and Congo River are both excellent, similar but different. There is also a good one at Universal City Walk.

We like Congo River. Usually drop the girls off at the outlet then take the boys to Congo and for the helicopter flight.

We play them both and have normally found them well maintained. They are on the same style as we have played in other parts of the world but still find them an enjoyable way to spend some time.
Agree with other posters - we have played both Pirates and Congo River golf and both were good fun!
Both mentioned are fab. The one next to wet n wild you can feed the gators too. Next to George n dragon pub, can't mind which is which though. Our son loves the crazy golf in Orlando.
