No tickets

Hi. I have been waiting for my tickets now which I have been told were sent from your UK office on 22/1/13. Martin has said it could take up to 6/7 working days but it has been 9 working days and still nothing. I placed my order on 16/1. Can you please investigate what has happened. I haven't had a reply from an email I sent on 2/2. Thanks

got your email this evening and will call you in the morning. Recently we have had a few late deliveries by Royal Mail. If they have gone missing we can replace them but would like to give Royal Mail a bit more time.
