Roger will be able to confirm it, but I'm 99.9% sure it was incorporated into the rental rates a few years ago now. Either that or it was dropped totally as its no longer payable. It used to be called a Customer Facility Charge.

This was the customer facility charge. The charge was introduced a few years ago by the airports, so even though we had fully inclusive rates, the rental companies had to charge this fee when the car was collected, which they then passed to the airport authority.

Once the subsequent all inclusive rates were released by the car rental companies, most of them including Alamo included the charge in to the pre-paid rate, meaning you no longer have to pay this on collection of the car.
