...I booked a miami condo with [edited],guy called [edited],oh and his mate [edited]
All nice and cheerful on the phone,offering wife a free massage to the condo etc; have a happy day and all that.

3 Days prior to going miami oceans drive condo booked,and bear in mind im in key west for 3 days,he emails me and says condo has been cancelled and offers me 2 options or my money back,guess what 1 option is terrible,1 is stunning ocean view from 3 balconys but is $ lots more ....gosh they know what they doing.
Apparently after googling them this is their party trick,scamming while you under pressure thinking your holiday to miami may be in tatters.

Its booked new condo,i get a letter saying this is what you owe,all taxes and cleaning fees.
Check in fine,valet parking at $25 a day,resort fees $16 a day plus tax.

Had to pay these on check out,the company have ignored 10 emails and phone calls ignored also,answer machine and site is down..
Puts a bad taste in your mouth!

Hi, if any one is interested we stayed in a condo on Ocean Drive a couple of years ago. Great position. Happy to recommend them.
