That's it .. Spring Training here I come!!

Have been reading Liz's trip reports ( amongst others) and was feeling deprieved!
Then had a Facebook update telling me the Pirates Spring training schedule was available. That was the final straw as I am missing the MLB, sunshine, weather is awful, hubby has had a very stressful time at work and I cannot take it anymore!
So I can now confirm I have booked hubby and I for a sneaky week at the end of Feb for some sunshine, lazing by a pool and watching lots of baseball - so look out Pirates, Tampa Bay, Detroit Tigers and Houston Astros cause I have the schedules and I am heading to a ballpark near you!

According to the countdown I have 82 days and 3 hours till my next flight! Whoop Whoop!

The air temp about an hour ago was 79 with more of the same forecast.
the sun is just going down and the pool temp is 98,[msneek] I'm just about to go for a swim

Temperatures of 79 degrees? Wow! Its absolutely freezing here, have had to scrape thick ice off the cars each morning, and its been well below 0 F.

Have just got out of our pool, had a shower and off to dinner soon. Weather has been fabulous today and just a 'tad' warmer than back in Chelmsford!
