    Thank you John.
As someone who has already failed twice to use the kiosk (I think that I am "kiosk" as well as "form" challenged!) that is really helpful.
I have looked through all the information and it appears very straightforward.

I've just highlighted a few of the more important bits where a customer might incur extra costs in red, so they can pre-plan and save money.

The other main things customers have had issues with at times are they don't select the correct option at Step 2 (note the no barcode or magnetic stripe option for non US or Canadian customers). Also you need to use a credit card if you want to use the kiosks as they won't accept debit cards (you need to go to the desk for these).

I am assuming that Step 2 includes people with the old green paper non-photo licences?

I'm pretty sure it does, but will let Roger say for sure as he was the one who met with the Alamo Manager at Orlando International to discuss the inner workings of the Kiosks.

This is a great help for people who haven't used the terminals.

Just a quick question. We used it 3 weeks ago at MCO and it worked a treat. It was just me as the driver. Last week we had another car booked through Alamo and returned the original car to MCO to pick up the new car. When I tried to add the second driver it kept rejecting and said to go to the desk to complete the booking. I tried it a few times but couldn't get it to accept the information and complete the process. I eventually removed the second driver and it went through ok. When we crossed to the parking lot to collect the car I had the guy in the booth add the second driver manually.

Just wondered if anyone has had a similar problem.

I confirm the old style UK licenses are also fine to use at the kiosk. Again, make sure you select to enter the details manually.
