Blackberry messenger bbm...help!

Hello,after speaking to couple tmobile reps im still confused about using bbm in florida.
Like most of you guys i have a teenage daughter that uses bbm all the time.

Any advice on anyone returning from florida and finding what was the best option for usage.

I would like to cancel roaming on her phone and use wifi services to help her bbm back home?
Is this possible

When my son was in Florida we did exactly that - cancelled his roaming and only let him use bbm via wi-fi

We always turn of roaming and just use BBM via wi-fi,, infact hubby unlocked his blackberry and changes the uk sim card for a USA sim when we go over..
