The dress code really depends on where you are going. Dress is very informal in most family restaraunts. A lot of families go straight from the parks for a meal. In places like steak houses and Olive Garden you can't really book a table, but you can phone ahead to get your name on the list and this reduces your waiting time. In some places they don't even operate this system but it is worth trying, particularly at busy times of the year.
