    Upgrade

As my partner is disabled and requires assistance we will be more or less last off our 18.15 flight into Orlando Int' so I'm concerned that if all the Int' SUV'S have gone will we be upgraded to the next class of SUV or the next class of "ordinary" car I'm asking this as she will be using an ECV for the duration of holiday and that's why I've booked a SUV as I don't want to lifting it out of a normal car boot, value my back too much and not getting any younger.

Not sure which of the companies you have booked most of the companies now allow you to choose within the grade from what is available or if there are none available then the next grade so you should be able to select something suitable for your needs. In the past at Miami the only cars left in our chosen category were PT Cruisers which we did not like, went back inside and although we had to wait approx 20 minutes they did get a different model of car washed and out to us.

It should make no differance how long it takes you to get of the plane etc. as there are planes landing all the time at MCO and there are cars comming in all the time, if thet haven't got a car in the type that you have booked they should upgrade you to a car that equally meets your needs.

Just remember that if you are at the desk late and they have run out of the type of car you ordered they will try to sell you an upgrade rather than give you one for free.

Just say ' No thank you I have ordered the correct size car for my party ' at this point they can either find you a car or give you a free upgrade.
