www.park-tickets.com advice please

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could offer me some tips about the tickets.
I almost ordered the tickets three times from park-tickets but I keep changing my mind...
It's too late to get them home now so I thought we would get them delivered to the hotel.
Has anyone done this? How does it work?
Apparently we will call a local number and someone will come with the tickets.
I didnt quite understood which areas they deliver to.
We will be staying just by Univeral Studio...is that too far?

How much should we tip for the delivery, surely not 15% of the tickets value???

Any advice would be great,

You will probably get a response to your questions later today from Martin who runs Park Tickets. It is a great site and I am sure he will let you know where the tickets can be delivered to.

I would not be tipping 15% of the ticket value. Maybe $10?

No tip is required. We try to arrange deliveries between 8-9am. The tickets are delivered to the card holder by hand. We do 100 s of deliveries each week
