I have just booked flights for us to fly on 25th August. We will need an ESTA for our grandson who will be 5mths. When you get to the part that says if you are filling in for someone else you must tick to say that you have read the application to them and that they fully understand it! A 5month old baby is not going to understand is he? so how do we proceed. SORRY JUST FOUND THE ANSWER. Parents fill in as they would there own.
