If we choose a 7 str silver inclusive hire with alamo that gives us two drivers, if we then add a young driver package is the young driver the third driver ?

When you choose the Young Driver Package, you will automatically have the Gold package (4 drivers and a tank of fuel) as well as up to 3 young drivers.
