I recall that they used to have things like Waterski, parasailing and other water sports at or near Lake Buena Vista. Do they still have them and if so, is it worth booking places to spend some hours there? My sister-in-law and her husband are novices to water sports but can swim and would like to have a go if there is facility for beginnners.

All skill levels are catered to and complete beginners could not be in better hands - the instructors actually put their skis underneath your ski's so it's virtually impossible to fall in. Small children and non-swimmers are in very safe hands.
