Hi everyone, i posted yesterday excited that we had booked our honeymoon via virgin yesterday. We managed to get the price down by over £600 as they price matched Thomas Cook. Anyway the rep took the booking and told me that the price match discount wouldnt be on the booking confirmation, and that we would recieve a second email from the price match team with the discount applied.
We recieved the 1st email (with the extra £600 on) yesterday and were told we would recieve the price match discounted confirmation within 48 hours. I woke up this morning and checked my email and have got a second email, still without the price match discount off the price.
Im getting a little worried. Has anyone used price match with Virgin before and experienced anything similar?
