    Post deliverys

Ok another silly question: I want to get some hockey stuff for my son delivered to the villa but dont want to wait around indoors 5-7 days for the delivery, anybody know if i can get deliveries made to another place for a (small) fee then collect it myself from there ,kind of like a PO BOX but it would have to be signed for ??
    Thanks Richard.

When we used to rent a villa the owners were also the Management Company and they were more than happy to take in parcels.

Our Management Company often take deliveries for guests and then pop it into the villa for them.

It would be unlikely to be a villa off Orlando Villas, as they all deal direct with the customers. I ran a management company for 5 years and often took parcels in for guests. Not everyone has items delivered so not a problem. It is about your only choice, po boxes have no one to sign. I doubt you will find out the MC details as it sounds like your on allocation on arrival.
Also becareful as the villa may not have the postal service activated.

Ok thanks. No villa booked yet hence we dont know the management company yet ,if we book with monarch then yes it will be allocation on arrival as they are offering big discounts for flight and villa.Found a few mailbox companys that recieve parcels and mail for customers but you need a 3 month contract at about $30 ,so hopefully the management company will be helpful sounds like their used to it ,dont mind giving them a drink for doing it .Thanks.

Have you priced up flight and booking your own villa by choice? it often works out better value and you know exactly where you will be staying.

The problem with allocation on arrival you can be a long way from any of the parks.

Hi,yes i have done this before but to be honest its not really the case these days, the charter companies are fighting back !, first two weeks in June flights with Monarch are £2300 for the 6 of us , same flights but with villa all direct through Monarch and its £2850 so in effect a villa (Gold) for £550 for two weeks ,cant be bad .Virgin want £4k for the same days flight only , i like seat back screens but not that much ,lol.We are holding out another week as im hoping Thompson will drop their prices to similar , ive never flown with them so would like to try.
I have always been allocated villas on the 27 between the 192 and I4 which i find is perfect and they are all great villas on really good estates there , but even if it were down in haines its only another 10 mins drive and your close to Mannys ,theres always an upside where ever you stay.
