We booked using Undercover Tourist and children under 12 flew free with an adult. We flew with Orlando Balloons. It's a rreally lovely experience.

Try Painted Horizon Balloons.
We flew with them, just 4 of us & a pilot - great experience !!!!
Would recommend them.....
If from U.K. would suggest that you book for early during your stay as it's a VERY early start & you're much more used to being up 'n about before the crack of dawn !!!!

We have used Groupon (Orlando) and got a really good deal. I have seen the offer on again since we took our ride in September so it wasn't a one-off. From memory I think the cost was $100 each.
