I assume they will use the area of the water park that was connected to the original Cypress Gardens. Reading the info I found yesterday it is an add on price to your Legoland ticket. It Did not look like you would be able to pay just to go to the water park.
Busch Gardens has its own water park just down the road from Busch Gardens. The new Legoland park is adjacent to Legoland (unless Busch once had a second water park but I don't recall hearing about one).
Cypress Gardens had its own water park, which opened just before it closed down. Legoland are remodelling this area, I had only heard string rumours about this but now it is official . It has nothing to with the watermark at Busch Gardens. Feedback about Legoland has been great, they have done an exceptional job and have really stepped up to the mark.

At least if it's a typo in Lego, Roger, you can take it to pieces and rebuild it with the same pieces - don't worry, do it on the quiet and no one will notice a thing!
