how much is the tax

Hello

I am just trying to work out how much some of our planned activities will cost, but most things say for example $45 + tax.

Can anyone tell me what the rate of tax is in Florida?

On activities and shopping it will depend on which of the Counties you are shopping in as to whether it will be 6% or 7%. I think hotels will be the same as us owners and you/we have to pay on accommodation where we have to pay the 6/7% + a further 5% Tourist development taxes.

Hate to have to say it, but Tourist tax is actually 6% in Osceola !!! + 7% Sales tax = 13%.......

I was going to put 5/6% because I wasn't sure if it was the same in other Counties. It's just another crafty way to ensure locals don't have to pay any State income tax
